Our Search Process
  • Meeting with the hiring manager or management team to fully develop an understanding of the hiring need.
  • Developing a written position specification and description that defines the measurements for successful performance and the critical competencies, including the soft skills, that are likely required in meeting or exceeding perforrtance requirements, and cultural fit characteristics for review and approval by the client. Many of our clients have found this step highly valuable in and of itself.
  • Development of a search strategy.
  • Conducting comprehensive research for qualified candidates through ongoing sourcing and extensive research in targeted industries and companies.
  • Interviewing all candidates by evaluating work history and accomplishments with personal interviews.
  • Providing reports on each candidate that highlight core competencies and developmental areas relative to the position specification, our clients leadership competency model, and relative to our FPMS leadership framework.
  • Presenting three to five fully qualified candidates for each search.
  • Performing comprehensive reference checking.
  • Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of the offer package, including compensation, benefits, relocation, etc.
  • We can also work with you on putting together an onboarding plan.
  • Conducting follow-up interviews after sixty days following the start date of the newly hired executive and manager.
